I am in beautiful and humid Tampa, Florida for another exciting year of the NightMoves Adult Entertainment Awards and Caravan of the Stars.

This is my fifth year here, and for those who don’t know about this show which is in its 16th year of existence, let me fill you in. NightMoves Magazine is a regional publication that features the Tampa Bay area’s top gentlemen’s clubs, among other stuff. Every year at this time, they fly in some of the top names in adult — usually around 20 or so girls and guys — for their weekend of events. This includes appearances at some of the top clubs in the area each night and culminates in their awards show on Sunday night. It’s not a huge convention or even giant awards show, but Paul and Tracy Allen and the NightMoves staff do a great job in bringing a taste of adult to Florida’s Gulf Coast.

It’s a great opportunity for me to meet with some of the top stars and companies in adult without the crazed frenzy that is Vegas or L.A. We’ve made some great friends down here over the years who have contributed to the magazine, gotten some great interviews and sealed some deals. But you don’t care about that. What you care about is what the hell goes on down here, so here we go…

After the usual delay out of Newark airport, I finally arrived around 7pm last night and as I was walking to get my bags in Tampa, I ran into a group of friends who had just landed from L.A. It was great to see Lexi Lamour, Ethan Cage, Sunny Lane, Brooke Haven, Eli Cross, Kylie Ireland, Marcus London, Devon Lee, Derrick Pierce and Wicked contract star Kaylani Lei. Once at the hotel I also met up with GenesisOnline star blogger, the gorgeous Gianna Lynn, who had just gotten back from an appearance on “Bubba the Love Sponge.”

In the hotel’s meeting room, I got to see some other familiar faces and friends including Lisa Sparxxx, Jeff Sparxxx, Roxy DeVille, Morgan Dayne, Christy Wild and some others, but a great face to see was former Adam & Eve contract star, Austyn Moore, who informed me she’s back in adult and launching her own prodcution company. Austyn’s company will focus a ton on the Internet and we have already made plans for the blonde babe to shoot back in L.A. for GENESIS.

One of the faces missing from here who I knew was supposed to arrive yesterday was the one and only Tommy Gunn. When I ran into the group at the airport, they were waiting for Tommy to find them and the drivers. When they couldn’t find each other in what is a relatively small airport, the NightMoves staff started wondering why. The answer was simple. T-Gunn wasn’t in Tampa. He accidently arrived in Orlando, which thank god is only about an hour away. But how, you ask? It seems Tommy was supposed to change planes in New Mexico, but for one reason or another, and we’ll call it flight attendent error, Tommy didn’t, thus arriving in the Land of the Mouse. Of course everyone found this pretty humorous at first except for Tommy who decided to rent a car and take the drive over to Tampa. He finally arrived for the evening’s festivities and pretty much heard shit all night from everyone. He’s a great sport about it, and hopefully (for his sake and the sake of others before he snaps) it dies down in 5 or 10 years.

The opening night’s festivities featured all of us boarding a party bus and heading out to a release party for the Wicked Pictures release party for The Wicked at the Emperors Club here in Tampa. Stars of the movie including Kaylani, Pierce and Roxy signed autographs for fans and the rest of the girls were introduced to the club on the main stage. We had a few drinks, then boarded the bus back for our usual nightcap poolside until about three in the morning. It was good catching up on what’s going on with everyone and we’re all looking forward to the rest of the contingent arriving today, including Trina Michaels, Moxxie Maddron, Ron Jeremy, Sean Michaels, Delilah Strong, Paola Rey, Zoe Britton, Alexa Jordan, Nikki Rhodes, Tony Batman, Veronica Rayne, Bree Olson and more.

Look for more updates from the weekend’s festivities. I’m sure we’ll get some news, stories, and general bullshit. I know I’ll have an update on Stormy Daniels’ new Wicked Pictures sex comedy, Whack Job, which I might have a bit part in, so look here throughout. A nude sculpture of Michelle Obama is on display at a New York art gallery as part of an exhibit created by artist Daniel Edwards.

The piece is entitled, ‘Michelle Obama’s Makeover For America’ and it can be seen at the Leo Kesting Gallery in New York City.

Edwards says that his inspiration for the nude sculpture of he wife of Barack Obama was to “create a look for Michelle Obama that eliminates excessive comparisons to Jackie Kennedy.”

Other sculptures of celebrated personalities produced by Daniel Edwards include works on Oprah Winfrey, Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and a topless bust of Hillary Clinton.

Carol Alt will be featured in a nude layout in Playboy Magazine next month. In recent years, the 47-year-old supermodel has been using her celebrity status as a platform for getting the message out about her “eating raw” diet, and she sees the Playboy pictorial as an opportunity to “get the message across that healthy living and eating “raw” can help anyone and everyone.”

On her website, CarolAlt.com, the model/actress talked about her motivation for appearing nude in the legendary men’s magazine.

“In reality, at my age, to know that I have come to such a point, where I am comfortable enough with my own body after 12 years of eating raw - that I actually feel better about my body at 47 than I did at 20 - is an amazing miracle in itself. I want to enlighten other people to the fact that as they age, they don’t have to start feeling worse about themselves - getting tired, getting moody, getting fat and becoming ill. There is an alternative, but the only way for people to find it is to educate themselves. One way to get them to do that is to start them talking about it. “I’ve done a lot of soul-searching about this and have spoken extensively with Playboy about it. Three bothers have collaborated on a web project aimed at people who are into porn, but find on-screen sex offensive.

James, Sean and Brian Gunn are calling their project “PG Porn” and their non-sex porn videos can be found on the web video site, Spike.com.

PG Porn provides all of the clichés of adult movies without the actual pornographic content. Their latest effort, “Nailing Your Wife,” stars Nathan Fillion, who has appeared in the ABC network hit, “Desperate Housewives.” Fillion’s female costar is adult actress Aria Giovanni.

Fillion portrays a home contractor, and Giovanni is the horny and sexually frustrated housewife who is looking for some side action. The intentionally cheesy set up takes us all the way up to the point where the sex would normally begin in a traditional porn movie, before coming to an abrupt end.

Sean Gunn starred in the television show “Gilmore Girls” and his brother James wrote the screenplay for the 2002 big-screen feature, Scooby-Doo.

The Gunn brothers explained that the idea was to play on widely known conventions attached to porn movies– goofy acting, bad music and lace-thin plots– and use them to create comedy rather than hardcore sexual content.

TMZ.com has it its possession a script for a porn parody on Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.

The XXX movie entitled, Who’s Nailin’ Palin: Adventures of a Hockey MILF will feature brunette porn star Lisa Ann and her 38DD running mates in the role of “Serra” whose character traits include getting into a threesome with two Russian dudes for the sake of improving foreign relations. Other characters in the movie include a horny snowmobile salesman, a political pundit named “Hilly” who is out to really put the “bi” in bipartisanship and a conservative TV host called Bill Orally.

The script for Who’s Nailin’ Palin: Adventures of a Hockey MILF was written by Roger Krypton and the movie is being produced by Hustler Video.

This week’s episode of the award-winning HBO hit series ‘Entourage’ had cameo appearances from Katie Morgan, Cassie Young and Digital Playground’s Shay Jordan.

The episode, “Tree Trippers,” debuted Sunday night and will be reairing on the various HBO channels throughout the week. Morgan plays herself in the episode riding in a convertible with Jordan and Young. They encounter the cast of the show who are on their way to the Joshua Tree desert in Eric Roberts’ RV in search of an answer. When they see Katie, who also hosts an HBO sex series, they call her out by name. The three girls flash the cast before speeding off.

Oh, but the saga continues…

So, as you know we broke the story about Angelina Armani™ signing with Digital Playground. Anyway, a shitstorm ensued in a morning where I was accused of everything from hacking other websites to remove the story (I can barely make something bold without the aid of a button), to being the guy on the grassy knoll back in ‘63 (and no, I’m not that old). It’s all become comical. So the story is back up, and here are the TOP 10 truths and corrections in gross misaccuracies from “lesser sites,” and things I’ve learned from this morning’s escapades…

10. Her name is Angelina, not Angela

9. She was not in Pirates II.

8. No one has been sitting on this story for weeks as the idea of signing didn’t even exist until days after photos of her on the red carpet at the Pirates II premiere were noticed by Digital Playground.

7. The reason in my humble opinion that her name is now Angelina, is because if you were the company signing her, wouldn’t you want Google searches and available product from such to be directed to your company?

6. No one makes anyone do anything they don’t want to do. That would be called illegal.

5. There have been other Arianna’s in adult as well over the years. IAFD lists about a dozen of ‘em, about the same number as Angelinas. It’s the sum of all parts and I’m just glad there’s not an XXX on the end of her name, or some clever name like MaryJane Rottencrotch.

4. Congratulate the damn girl and company. It’s not some sort of fuckin’ scandal.

3. After 12 years, I’ve made headways in learning who the true friends are and people who are smart enough and good enough and know how to apologize.

2. Angelina Armani (T fuckin’ M) has already created more buzz in the industry in 12 hours than any other contract girl signing in the last few years.

This is the new contract girl I was hinting to last week signing with a major adult company, and as expected, the artist formerly known as Arianna Armani is the new Angelina Armani™ and the newest Digital Playground contract star. The gorgeous 20-year-old newcummer signed today after only being in the business for just shy of four months. The production of Inferno, a big-screen biography of Linda Lovelace, may soon be back on track as Rose McGowan is considering taking over the lead role.

Brian Grazer’s film about the life of the Deep Throat star hit a snag recently when Anna Faris reneged on playing Lovelace after having said yes to the project. However, McGowan has been approached about taking on the role and Hollywood insiders are saying that she is giving the project serious consideration.

Rose McGowan’s last feature film appearance was as the one-legged machinegun-shooting vixen in the Robert Rodriguez movie Planet Terror. The movie was shown in theaters as part of the Rodriguez/ Quentin Tarantino double feature project, Grindhouse. McGowan had also replaced Shannen Doherty on the network TV series, “Charmed,”
and recently shot some episodes of the cable TV series “Nip/Tuck.”

As the production of Inferno moves forward, it is reported that other roles in the movie have been cast including Bill Pullman playing the role of Hugh Hefner, and Josh Lucas (Poseidon, Glory Road) starring as Chuck Traynor, Lovelace’s husband.

A video posted on YouTube.com shows Americans admitting that they have masturbated to images of Republican Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin.

Aside from speaking about stroking to the 44-year-old candidate, others in the video say they are voting her Palin for reasons such as– “She shoots guns” while a female in the ad says– “I am voting for Sarah Palin because she wants control of my vagina!”

The video concludes with a man on a toilet wearing a John McCain mask saying that he too has masturbated to Sarah Palin, and that he approves this message.
